Our builders’ initial cleans include:
• Detached, semi-detached houses, bungalows, and apartments - one initial clean, all windows cleaned inside and out, plus sparkle clean prior to hand over to clients.
• Turnkey properties - one initial clean, all windows cleaned inside and out, plus sparkle clean prior to hand over to clients.
• Stickers will be removed from windows and bathrooms. The insides of fitted cupboards will be cleaned.
• If additional cleaning is required after tradesmen have fixed or replaced something, this will be charged at a standard hourly rate.
• All rubbish generated by us will be left with the client for disposal except any materials brought onto site by inhouse personnel.
